There are many theories in the paranormal world about what exactly shadow people are – no one really knows for sure. Some people think they are watchers and just observing humans as they go about their daily lives. Other people believe shadow people are a form of demon because they appear as a dark shape or mass.
Personally, I’ve seen many shadow people and have found them to be more scared of humans than we are of them. Every shadow person I’ve seen, has scurried off at a very rapid rate of speed as soon as they know I’ve seen them.
There really isn’t any way to get rid of a shadow person because they don’t interact with humans in any meaningful way, and appear to be awfully shy. I don’t recall ever hearing about a true shadow person harming anyone, although, anything is possible I suppose. There can be spirits, however, that appear as a dark mass resembling a shadow person, but their behavior will be different than a shadow person which makes it easy to tell the difference between the two.
I really wouldn’t worry too much about having shadow people in your home or place of business. Generally if you acknowledge them, they will run away so you may want to try that.
